Job Overview:
Payroc’s Integration Management Office (IMO) serves as the central hub for onboarding acquired companies to Payroc. The IMO works closely with cross-functional teams to integrate the acquired company’s products, processes, and systems with Payroc.
The IMO is seeking to hire a project coordinator to assist the IMO with the organization of acquired company projects. To be successful as a project coordinator, you will need to be highly organized and proactive in reaching out to stakeholders to assist IMO with tracking status and build out work plans. Must be competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook Email, Confluence and Smartsheet. At least three (3) years of project management experience in a corporate environment and/or within a PMO. Payment industry experience preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Works with assigned work stream leads to elicit project tasks for building detailed project plans
- Captures action items, decisions, risks and issues from project and/or work stream meetings
- Assists IMO in the scheduling of recurring project meetings, update of weekly dashboard reports and new project set-up administration
- Proactively follows up on assigned tasks, ensures completion in a timely manner
- Works with key stakeholders to ensure assigned project and/or work stream tasks are getting completed in a timely fashion
- May oversee end-to-end execution for smaller, less complex projects
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of project-related experience in a corporate environment
- Working knowledge of project management principles and tools
- Able and willing to operate within an environment where change is frequent
- Proactive in reaching stakeholders to ensure closure of tasks

- Able to work effectively independently and well as part of a team
- Competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, MSTeams, Confluence, Smartsheet
- Able to manage to deadlines
