At TETER, we are more than an architecture and engineering firm. We are a team of high performing architecture, engineering, and construction professionals who are dedicated to Building a Better Valley®, one project, one client relationship, and one employee at a time.
'One employee at a time' - That's where our HR team comes in. While we are not the architects, engineers, and construction professionals designing buildings, calculating HVAC loads, or ensuring schools get built according to plan, we serve those who do.
Our HR team supports one of the 'Best Firms To Work For' in the U.S., cultivating an employee owner experience that is representative of our EPIC core values. As the firm continues to grow and the workplace evolves, we are in need of a Senior HR Generalist who can help take us to the next level.
The Senior HR Generalist manages the firm's day-to-day HR operations, fostering a positive work environment, serving as a resource for staff and management, and demonstrating a deep understanding of HR practices and regulations. They are committed to proactive communication, meticulous attention to detail, and consistent follow-through. They perform quality work and provide excellent internal customer service, exemplifying TETER's culture and core values.
