About Our Client: Our client, an independent insurance agency, seeks a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage a diverse book of business within Personal Lines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for excellent customer service.
- Handle endorsements and underwriting requests.
- Maximize opportunities through account rounding and up-selling.
- Renew policies, including surplus lines, and prepare renewal proposals.
- Address billing inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Efficiently manage audit disputes.
- Accurately process cancellations and reinstatements.
Requirements:
- License: Valid Kentucky Property & Casualty license.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Personal Account Management.
- Professionalism: Ethical conduct, professionalism, intelligence, and a personable demeanor. High levels of motivation, energy, and responsibility are essential.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking: Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Computer Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and insurance management systems.
- Team Player: Collaborative and cooperative attitude within the team.
- Training: On-site training required for a comprehensive understanding of systems and processes.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
