We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Manage the Onboarding process including preparing job offers, conducting background checks, conducting new hire orientations, etc
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues
- Manage performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment and administration
- Assist with the development and delivery of HR training programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Salary Range- $85,000-$95,000
