```Duties:```
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Use warm calling techniques to engage and build rapport with prospects
- Present and promote products or services over the phone
- Follow scripts and guidelines to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Update customer information in the CRM system
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits to potential customers
- Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage customer data and track sales activities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
