Client Support Associate will work closely with the Associate Director in the capacity of community outreach. He/she will: Assist in the development of programs; Assist clients with programs and resources- internally and externally; Work on registrations and accurate record keeping, including maintenance of the Client Data Base; Be an additional liaison between healthcare providers and the Association; Discover and develop articles of information; research community resources.
His/her skills required are: Strong computer literacy- Microsoft Office Suite; Bilingual with Spanish desired(additional languages a plus); Attention to detail; Strong organizational skills (project management); Able to thrive in a small non-profit and wear multiple hats, as needed.
Knowledge of Bitly, Canva, Constant Contact, Jotform, Adobe, and Google Suite.
Required work experience/education: Bachelor's degree; two years' experience in human services or related field.
Additional: Flexible work schedule, some evening programs or weekend events may entail work hours outside of standard.
