Position: Resupply Customer Service Representative
Position Reports To: Branch Manager/CSR Director
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this position, you are responsible for performing all tasks and communication related to the service of respiratory products and pap supplies with patients/clients, co-workers, and referral sources.

Key job responsibilities include:
Insurance Verification
Obtaining Prior Authorizations from various insurances
Patient correspondence via phone and email
Act as a patient advocate to resolve issues and concerns
Communicate with Doctors offices to obtain necessary paperwork
Develops and maintains working knowledge of current products and services
Process tasks required to ensure timely fulfillment of products ordered
Requirements:
Position Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Previous experience in a Clerical or Customer Service environment

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) etc.

Proficient general office skills (typing, computer, fax, filing, multiple phone line)

Neat personal appearance with pleasing manner and interpersonal skills · Strong communication skills with capacity to make independent decisions · Medicare/Medicaid and insurance billing, bookkeeping or medical office experience preferred
