Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive sales growth and foster client relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our services to a diverse customer base.
Duties:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
- Conduct business development activities to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, demonstrating success in achieving sales goals.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in outside sales, account management, or technical sales is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $1,765.40 - $5,877.47 per month
