About the Job
The Hardware Resources division is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing Online Retail Channel. Their primary responsibility will be to manage the various day-to-day activities required to position our partners for success in selling our brands online. They will be the key cross-functional liaison between our internal marketing and product management teams to ensure every item is set up to win the digital shelf. This role is key to Dimora Brands' success in driving growth within the e-commerce space. The ideal candidate is motivated, enjoys a challenge, and doesn’t like to be bored.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Be the “enforcer” of our online retail pricing
- Enforce the company’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy by communicating with sales reps and customer reps
- Drive growth with existing Online Retail partners through monthly or quarterly business reviews and regular account management
- Monitor company brands on online retailer websites to improve their online presence and increase sales
- Identify product data gaps
- Create and distribute product data and price files to new and existing partners by using our Product Information Management (PIM) platform, Salsify
- Distribute digital assets (product images, videos, and specification sheets) to new and existing partners, including Wayfair
- Monitor and manage the customer portals for some of our partners
- Develop and maintain promotional calendars in tandem with our partners
- Work with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing to develop strategies for online retail
- Generate sales reports and present sales data analysis
- Assist with special projects, as needed
- Support all areas of E-commerce operations
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Intermediate or Advanced experience with Excel (VLOOKUPs and other formulas)
- Well organized and detail-oriented, able to handle large quantities of SKUs across many brands
- Clear, concise, and engaging writing skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactive person who likes to get things done quickly.
Desired Knowledge & Skills
- Experience in e-commerce site management, data uploads, and vendor extranets (i.e. Amazon, Wayfair, etc.)
- Experience using Product Information Management (PIM) platforms, like Salsify
- Experience using project management software, like Asana
- Experience with data analytic tools, like Qliksense and Power B.I.
Education and experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- Self-motivated, results-driven professional who consistently delivers high-quality work
