GENERAL DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Part-Time Social Media Coordinator with a passion for photography to join our team. This role involves creating and managing content across our social media platforms to enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visual storytelling, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of social media trends and strategies.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

Photography: Capture high-quality photos that reflect our brand and mission. Edit and enhance images to ensure a polished, professional appearance.

Social Media Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community.

Analytics: Track and analyze social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or native platform insights. Adjust strategies based on findings to optimize engagement and reach.

Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Propose new ideas to keep our social media content fresh and relevant.
SUMMARY OF JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.

Strong photography skills with a portfolio demonstrating your work.

Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Sprout Social).

Ability to travel locally (greater LA) to capture content at build sites, events, etc.

Basic knowledge of photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with a strong visual sense.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.

Experience with video creation and editing.

Basic graphic design skills.

Must have access to reliable internet connection

Must have access to reliable transportation to perform job duties, a valid CA driver's license and meet the state-required amount of personal automobile liability insurance.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check, and a credit check

COMPENSATION:
The base pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
