Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions, including leases, rent payments
- Prepare lease agreements with new and existing tenants.
- Conduct market research to determine rental rates and stay updated on local market trends.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to ensure profitability and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to property management.
Skills:
- 3- years minumium experience managing apartment community
- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants / Owners and address their needs effectively.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail for data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Proficient in using property management software or systems. - Appfolio preferred
-Able to create and maintain financials, budgets, and reporting
-Must have Fair housing training and knowledge-
