Position Summary: General helpers are required to be flexible in their assignments. They will be required to assist in a variety of departments and positions to fill vacancies as needed.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist in feeding and stacking operations
Assist in fork lift operations
Assist in cleaning functions
Painting, sweeping, shoveling, weeding, etc.
Assignments as dictated by the Department Foreman
Education and/or Experience:
No educational requirements. Must have the ability to follow direction and take an assigned task to completion.
Language Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and employees of the company.
Mathematical Skills:
A basic capability. Ability to add and subtract fractions. Ability to convert fractions to decimal equivalents. Ability to convert numbers to millimeters.
Technical Skills:
Must be capable of reading a ruler.
Must be capable of entering computerized diaries and manual diary cards.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Fork Truck license

· Talk, hear, sit, climb, twist, reach and stand.
