Job Purpose
The Industrial Maintenance Technician's responsibilities ensure equipment and production lines operate within proper specifications through daily preventative maintenance and equipment repairs. This position directly impacts financial, quality and safety metrics, which need complete understanding and adherence to federal and state regulatory requirements and company and customer policies for production standards. A qualified candidate must be able to perform the following:
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Basic use of hand and power tools
- Welding and Cutting torches
- Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
- Ability and willingness to work across multiple shifts and overtime as needed.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Technical aptitude test performed on-site and other testing to determine skill level.
- Must pass drug and alcohol screening when hired and randomly after hiring.
