Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to help our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate room
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Qualifications:
- Interest in natural, holistic healthcare
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficient with office equipment (e.g., printers) and software (e.g., MS Office)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience as a Receptionist or in a Medical office setting
- Proficiency in phone systems and etiquette
- Comfortable with calculating and charging payments
- Strong customer support background
- Data entry skills
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant

Pay: $30.00 per hour
