Career Opportunities
Performs skilled administrative support and technical clerical work receiving, checking, indexing, verifying, proofing and recording legal documents. Performs technical clerical work of a legal nature providing information required by the public; indexing, filing, data entry, and recording of documents and files to maintain a valid permanent record of legal instruments and records. Work includes assisting the general public and conducting research regarding various licenses, records, and legal actions. Work requires accuracy in details and a comprehensive knowledge of the General Statutes governing the Register of Deeds Office.

Pay: $32,006.00 - $33,606.00 per year
