Working Hours
Full Time 40 hours per week normally 8 hours per day.
Automotive Video Innovations is an established training company and a leader in the Automotive Aftermarket for 30 years. We develop unique training content to keep automotive technicians up to date on evolving technology.
You would be involved in growing our company by providing assistance with customer service for existing and potential customer in the automotive aftermarket.

Essential Activities & Tasks:
- Answering main line incoming calls, Live Chats online, and e-mail inquiries
- Must be able to dispatch call/inquiry accordingly dependent on the nature of the call and answer customer emails with proper grammar.
- Document inquiries in CRM
- Answer or facilitate acquiring the appropriate answer to customer inquiry and make sure any follow-up is taken care of.
- Customer On-Boarding
- Must become familiar with our online Learning Management System and be able to successfully on-board new customers as needed via phone and/or screen share
- Customer Service / Concierge Service
- Make outbound calls to customers to explain new product offerings, alert to special events
- Maintain and prioritize weekly activities and task lists
- Quarterly reporting to clients and partners
- Physical requirements-Ability to work at a computer work station, ability to lift 10-15 pounds, ability to stand for long periods when needed.
Qualifications Preferred:
- Microsoft Office –Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- MUST be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong problem solving skills
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly motivated and organized.
