Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting the Service Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service department.
Duties:
- Greet customers in-person and over the phone. Assist them with their service needs.
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services
- Communicate with customers about the status of their equipment and any additional repairs needed
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Process payments and handle customer inquiries or concerns
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
- General mechanical knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
-Ag familiarity preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
