Grace Lutheran Church in Raleigh is seeking an Office Manager.
Responsibilities in this key position include:
- support the Pastor, Church Council and church ministries, handle calls and requests
-produce weekly bulletins, other communications and periodic reports
-manage church information and membership in Realm database program, generate reports and improve programs as needed
-assist committees with communications, manage church website, and work with the Technology Team on a social media presence for the church.
- assist with financial reporting, pay bills and order office supplies
Requirements: At least two years of relevant office experience, preferably with a church or non-profit, including proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Realm or a similar database program. Experience with managing websites and social media. Ability to work as a member of a team, interface with a wide variety of people and handle multiple priorities.
Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week, Monday-Thursday. Occasional work at other hours to support specific activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
