As a talent consultant, you will be responsible for initiating, building and sustaining client relationships, managing a high volume of management and executive searches, supporting the development of our talent team, implementing leading recruiting practices, and contributing to the strategic growth of our firm. Prior experience in an in-house or agency recruiting role is required. Account management experience is preferred. You must also bring tireless curiosity, exceptional attention to detail and unblemished professional ethics and integrity to our firm.

- Leading, inspiring and influencing team members and clients
- Introducing innovative solutions and leading practices to enhance E|H’s overall recruiting effectiveness
- Cultivating candidate and client relationships to build robust talent and business development pipelines
Responsibilities
- Executing the full recruiting lifecycle for key leadership roles
- Assessing client needs and advising on talent acquisition and retention strategy
- Developing talent acquisition processes, tools and practices to increase our team’s overall impact
- Delivering trainings to enhance the recruiting capabilities of E|H employees and client leaders
- Providing regular client status reports and attending client meetings to review progress, answer questions, and discuss opportunities
- Proactively escalating potential concerns or issues to E|H leadership
- Nurturing relationships to expand E|H’s network, strengthen our brand, and identify prospective candidates and clients
Experience & Education
- Prior experience in a recruiting leadership role demonstrating strategic thinking, executive-level communication and strong relationship management skills
- Prior experience in hospitality management preferred
- Experience building, leading and developing high-functioning teams
- Strong MS office skills, business communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
- Master’s degree preferred
