Beacon Dental Partners owns and operates a growing number of multispeciality dental practices in Greater Boston.
Headquartered in Waltham, we are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Clinical Officer across a diverse list of responsibilities related to the successful administration of several dental practice locations.
Our ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional organization skills and an ability to ‘get things done.’ Experience in Dentistry is a plus but we are also willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate compliance for new practice locations, compliance testing at existing locations, office license renewals and permit applications
- Ensure practice invoices are accurate and paid in a timely manner, interface with vendors
- Organize and manage clinical supply inventories and equipment including instrument kits, implant parts, handpieces, etc.
- Build relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of staff both at the practices as well as corporate offices
- Ensure successful onboarding of new Doctors and Specialists including scheduling and coordination of training
- Manage scheduling of appointments, meetings and interviews in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders; proactively identify and resolve conflicts
- Proactively support Accounts Receivable and Billing with insurance claims, engaging with doctors notes and narratives
- Communicate with patients to help resolve escalated questions and issues
- Additional operational and administrative duties as needed

- Must be able to travel to the different practice locations (Arlington, Natick, Newton, Reading, Woburn)
- Enthusiasm for dentistry, willingness to be hands-on at a practice and with patients

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
