OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for oversight of the Knowledge Tool platforms (Ask Alice and Ask UHM) and UHM mortgage publications, manged by UHU, and the Partners supporting these functions. The position is located at UHM corporate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Oversee the day to day operations of the Knowledge Tool Partners and Publications Partners

Develop strategic plans for optimizing the content needed by users and the user experience in the Knowledge Tools.

Oversee quality and accuracy of the content in the Knowledge Tool

Ensure development and maintenance of Knowledge Tool user guide, policies and procedures
- Assign regular performance goals for Partners, and assure completion, while accomplishing your own goals.

Coordinate with IT on the product roadmap of the Knowledge Tool

Report weekly on the performance of the Knowledge tool platform, feedback and Partners, as well as new and updated Publications.

Attend CPG to identify agenda items that impact UHM publications and knowledge tool content and make necessary changes

Coordinate with the Power Help Desk (PHD) to ensure consistent information is being provided to Partners between the Knowledge Tool and PHD responses.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for recommended verbiage in key UHM mortgage publications including but not limited to the Retail Lending Guide, UHM Overlaydocuments and other job aids.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees the Knowledge Tool team including administrator, editor and instructor as well as Technical Writers dedicated to publications. Team size today is 6.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years mortgage lending experience. Experience must include time in loan processing or sales.

Minimum of 3 years of management experience

Must be proficient in MS word
SKILLS

Ability to communicate mortgage underwriting, eligibility and procedureal requirements in an easy to understand and accurate, written form
- High level of problem solving skills

Ability to lead two separate teams that have different systems, goals and needs.

Ability to learn new technology: Monday.com; Microsoft ACS, UHMs’ Editor tool

Must be very detail oriented – these groups combined track between 500-600 tasks per month.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be passionate about the accuracy and clarity of written words provided to Partners.

Ability to manage remote and on campus Partners.
