Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, trustworthy, and meticulous Real Estate Escrow Officer to join our real estate department. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to concentrate and remember to follow up with third parties consistently, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Escrow Management: Manage the escrow process from start to finish, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and review escrow instructions, title documents, and other related paperwork.
- Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with third parties to ensure timely completion of all required actions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain impeccable records and ensure all files are organized and up to date.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the escrow process.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and people skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage deadlines calmly and effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A professional demeanor and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge and experience in real estate are preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate who is intelligent, eager to learn, and dependable.
