A large part of the kitchen is the dish area. Keeping this area clean and organized is
mandatory. It is an integral part of the team and duties in the dish pit include:
o Mopping floors, taking out trash, organizing linen
o Set up and breakdown of dish machine
o Maintaining full levels of chemicals
o Organizing clean dishes on racks
o Communicating with staff in terms of prioritization
o Helping with prepping food products for service
Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours at a time
Must complete any tasks delegated by management
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
