Has a primary duty of making sales for the company. Is customarily and regularly engaged at customers homes and away from the companys place of business. Supports the companys management, purpose, mission, and values.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Drives to customers homes on pre-scheduled appointments.
2. Builds rapport with customer and determines their desired outcomes.
3. Carefully examines the customers home to provide an accurate diagnosis of the issues.
4. Provides necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolve such issues.
5. Closes the sale with the customer.
6. Follows up with the customer as needed.
7. Provides customers with a remarkable experience.
8. Meets or exceeds his/her projected monthly Average Dollar Per Lead.
9. Attends the weekly sales meeting and other required meetings.
10. Is an ambassador for the companys culture and purpose.
11. Drives for the company in a safe manner.
12. Regular, reliable on-site attendance.
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS

Knowledge of sales, marketing, and/or customer service principles and practices.

- 1+ years of successful experience in the sales field; or,

A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.

Outside Sales Representative: What We Need for this Role
-
1+ years of experience in the residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement industries preferred
-
1+ years of Outside Sales experience preferred

Some construction experience preferred
-
Be able to and comfortable with entering a crawlspace underneath a house
-
Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
-
Ability to walk, kneel, and crawl
-
Ability to travel within a 3-hour radius of main office, with some overnight travel

Personal vehicle, laptop, and cell phone

Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
