As our client Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing first-class customer service to our clients via phone, email and other channels. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues while delivering excellent service in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving and communication skills to ensure our clients’ needs are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Provide feedback to management on customer service trends.
Requirements and Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or technical support
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to multitask and prioritize efficiently
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and CRM software.
