Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- Sales volume of $3 Million or higher preferred
- 3+ years in upscale casual or fine dining establishments
- Skilled at team building, with a positive mindset
- Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge and guest service
- Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution
- Must possess a highly professional, positive attitude, and be self-motivated
