The Marketing Manager will assume, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate and recommend new product audiences based on data available from current technology solutions.

Regularly monitors, evaluates, and reports Credit Union marketing efforts to determine possible new products, services, and advertising channels and offers.

Identify new promotions, audience segments, and target markets while reviewing and recommending improvement areas for engagement of existing promotions.

Curates data from the Credit Union's various operating platforms to build Member and Product segments and insights.
The successful candidate will possess the following education, knowledge and skillsets:

Minimum of three to five years equivalent work experience in marketing or a business related field and four-year college degree or equivalent

Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and project management, and data analytics skills required

Advanced proficiency with major word processing, desktop publishing, and graphics software packages in addition to financial institution technology solutions like Symitar, MCIF, Loan Origination Systems, Web CMS and Analytics platforms, Microsoft Excel and Access or SQL from a data access and design standpoint
