Videographer and Media Lead
The American Society of Radiologic Technologists is seeking an experienced videographer and media lead. The role primarily collaborates with internal clients to create compelling video content that promotes the medical imaging and radiation therapy profession. This position requires experience in project management, decision making, storyboarding, storytelling and working within budgets while following production timetables/schedules to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Responsibilities:
- Shooting video content, setting up lighting and audio, and creating content for use on various platforms.
- Postproduction editing.
- Preparing, meeting and planning video assignments.
- Uploading and maintaining video footage on ASRT platforms and within media galleries.
Successful Candidates Meet the Following Criteria:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in digital video content creating and editing.
- Associate degree or higher in video production, sound engineering, film studies or communications.
- Knowledge in video production, video scripting, storyboarding, storytelling, photography principles and up-to-date video and editing technology.
- A compelling portfolio showing examples of past video work with a thoughtful approach to storytelling.
- Ability to think creatively, build rapport, influence and utilize diplomacy and tact.
