A leading manufacturer of commercial partitions, washroom accessories, lockers, and visual display products based in Yonkers, NY, is actively seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to bolster their dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and collaborator, continuously learning and adapting to various departments and business groups. They demonstrate ownership, competitiveness, and adeptness in utilizing CRM and business intelligence dashboards. As a Senior Sales Manager you will develop and manage key accounts, provide training to sales teams, execute tactical plans, and drive growth initiatives while upholding existing business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage headquarter calls for all ASI Group products to key accounts such as Home Depot, WW Grainger, MSC Industrial, Global Equipment, and McMaster Carr.
- Conduct headquarters calls with Aftermarket, MRO, E-Commerce, and selected key accounts in the specified region.
- Collaborate with Independent Sales Representatives (Brokers) to oversee regional key account locations, call centers, and other selected opportunities.
- Support National Sales Manager in executing regional and national key account initiatives and programs.
- Provide direction, set clear objectives, and offer support and sales techniques, including training for distributor salespeople and selected field Aftermarket sales reps.
- Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to drive sales and tactical directives to all key Aftermarket, MRO, and E-commerce account groups.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of key distributors and confidently execute E-commerce strategies and directives from distribution through to end-users.
- Travel as necessary to representative territories, up to 50% of the time during certain periods of the year.
- Deliver presentations, product recommendations, and training to key account buyers, salespeople, and call center personnel as required, offering necessary support and follow-up.
- Attend trade shows to represent the company and stay updated on industry trends.
- Maintain sales reporting to the National Sales Manager, including updates on market trends, information opportunities, personnel changes, and territory adjustments.
- Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to conduct key account catalog reviews, update and maintain sales information, and manage key contact information within territories.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 4 years of Key Account-National Account sales management experience, required.
- In-depth understanding of the commercial interiors industry; specifically in commercial partitions, washroom accessories, lockers, and visual display products is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage key accounts (such as Home Depot, WW Grainger, MSC Industrial, Global Equipment, and McMaster Carr.)
- Experience in implementing e-commerce strategies, including working with distributors and online sales channels, required, preferably tailored to commercial interiors products
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to effectively convey product recommendations and provide training.
- Experience attending and representing the company at trade shows
- Proficiency in sales reporting and data analysis
- Proven experience in sales training
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in designing and delivering training programs, including curriculum development and instructional design.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
