Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral support and intervention services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will contribute to improving the lives of children and adults by implementing evidence-based strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments (FBAs) to develop individualized treatment plans and also on going reports and treatments.
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to address behavioral challenges.
- Provide training and supervision to mid-level supervisors and technicians.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to complete and conduct Progress Reports.
- Provide some Case Supervision and Parent Training.
- Work closely with individuals with autism spectrum disorder in various settings such as schools, homes, and clinics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records documenting interventions and outcomes, and meet all deadlines.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Experience in training Master Level Supervisors and Behavioral Therapists
- Proficient in data collection and analysis techniques
