The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights, and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner recognizing IHG Rewards Club Members and returning guests.
- Check guests in, Issue room key, provide information on hotel services and room location.
- Ensure required identification is taken from guests at check-in in line with local legislative requirements
- Answer record and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
- Record guests' addresses and other information in the Opera PMS system.
- Check guests out, including resolving any late or disputed charges.
- Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions using established procedures.
- Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow up.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Must have excellent customer service skills, phone etiquette and be able to work a flexible schedule. Bilingual a plus!
