We are an eco-friendly, health-focused distributor of dental supplies, seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented Special Markets Sales Representative. Responsibilities include calling on existing and potential customers, generating sales leads, building, and maintaining relationships as part of a coordinated sales strategy.
This is a sales representative position that will work closely with special markets. In this role you will be expected to call on accounts, take sales calls, learn, and apply product knowledge for consultative selling.

Responsibilities
· Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
· Identify and target sales leads.
· Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
· Set and exceed sales quotas.
· Prospect clients and understand their needs.
· Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in sales or a related role.
· Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them.
· Organizational and effective planning and prioritization.
· Ability to work closely with other team members.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software.
Compensation
· Base salary plus commission – Salary range of $45-60 K depending on experience. Total of $65-85 K first year depending on performance
