Provide analysis and assistance in planning and organizing projects that impact or enhance the department
Essential Functions
- Monitors all department schedules so as to ensure that projects are completed on or before projected completion dates.

Collects and analyzes all necessary data including financial and performance Indicators, for resolution of problems, issues and concerns affecting the department.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Four (4) years exempt experience in project management, product development, systems design/development or business / financial planning and analysis. Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems. Experience in use of project management/planning software. Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills. Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Sourcing and Procurement and experience in managing supplier diversity programs. Relocation assistance is available.

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius as employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week. Position may be hybrid in Plano, TX, Collierville, TN or Pittsburgh, PA.
