Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for the next guest
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using Aloha POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the food industry or related field preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Familiarity with TOAST POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
