We are looking to fill an A/R Analyst I position within our accounting department. This role requires individuals to invoice customers accurately, record and post payments, and work with customers and leadership to ensure outstanding invoices are paid.
Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with billing questions

Adhere to schedules set in place for timely billing and collection

Create monthly refund statements for review

Deposit checks into appropriate bank accounts using RDC machine

Monitor shared emails for important billing and receivable information to process

Reconcile customer payment against applicable invoices and ensure all payment is accounted for

Review daily bank statement for additional customer payment

Review overpaid and underpaid invoices to determine what action needs to be taken

Draft correspondence for past due accounts and work with customers to remit payment in a timely manner

Run reports to review billing for accuracy

Track claim related expenses and create invoices to bill customer for reimbursement

Track payments using applicable customer tracking sheets

Utilize company systems to maintain billing and receivables

Utilize preferred customer billing platforms to invoice and process payment

Work directly with payroll and project managers to retrieve billing details
-
Contact and communicate with appropriate parties to clarify billing, questions, obtain or relay account information, and answer any internal or external questions

Work closely with team members and assist with overflow of tasks and duties
Work Schedule

Availability to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Skills & Qualifications

A/R & Collections Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Strong technical experience with Excel, software, including, but not limited to: Billing Software, MS Office, and Insurance Portals

Strong work ethic with proven track record of accuracy, dependability, and consistency

Multi-task, prioritize and effectively time manage duties

Team player with ability to work collaboratively

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Location: San Antonio / Boerne area
Pay: $24-25/hour
