Our organization is seeking a Nursing Assistant with experience in long term care and home health to join our growing team. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for administering medical care in a skilled nursing facility, as well as assisting with the supervision and support of patients in a home health environment. Responsibilities:
- Track clients' medication schedules.
- Aid clients with personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
- Provide first aid to clients as needed.
- Communicate with families and clients.
- Maintain records of client progress and daily activities.
