**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and assist in maintaining efficient office operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents
- Manage phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Help manage calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Scheduling and travel bookings for CEO
- Project management support for defined projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Skills:**
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proven experience in administrative roles preferably for a private foundation and/or family office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Discretion and confidentiality required
Benefits include but are not limited to:
