The Account Manager at Kindbridge Behavioral Health plays a critical role in fostering and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including gambling and gaming operators. This position will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer. This position is responsible for managing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting responsible gaming practices. The Account Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and drive engagement with Kindbridge's services. The Account Manager may have the opportunity to develop into a more senior sales role if successful in the position.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, particularly gambling and gaming operators, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Promote responsible gaming practices and awareness among clients, providing education and resources to support healthy gaming behaviors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance client engagement and utilization of Kindbridge's services.
- Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs, gather feedback, and adjust service offerings accordingly.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training and educational materials related to responsible gaming and mental health support.
- Represent Kindbridge at industry events, conferences, and meetings, building and maintaining strong industry relationships and networks.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to gambling, gaming, and responsible gaming.
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or related roles, ad agency experience with gambling and gaming operator clients preferred.
- Strong knowledge of responsible gaming practices and mental health support within the gambling and gaming industries preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage accounts and projects in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, trends, and best practices.
