If you are an organized individual and proficient on a forklift, join our team to keep track of our great beer products in our warehouse cooler. Receive and store products accurately on racks, in bins, and on floor stacks; keep the beer warehouse cooler clean and organized.
Here are the key tasks:
- Safely and accurately restock beer cases and barrels using an RF device.
- Correctly identify and place products in the right slots and combine pick locations when needed.
- Verify product quantities received and enter them into VIP software using an RF device.
- Rotate products based on code dates or FIFO procedures.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Inspect your equipment before and after each shift to ensure it's safe and well-maintained.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products safely.
- Hand stack and check product pallets for accuracy.
- Prepare for efficient order fulfillment by setting up Selectors (e.g., opening plastic wrap, adjusting pallet height).
- Accurately pick and stage products to fulfill orders during your shift.
- Help with repacking and assist other departments as needed.
- Report any out-of-stock items or slotting issues to the Manager.
- Work safely, efficiently, and as part of a team.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use good judgment to work safely.
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized.
Experience/Skills/Requirements:
- Great attention to detail

- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment, both solo and with a team
- Follow all safety rules, including proper body mechanics
- Reliable and on time
- Prior warehouse experience is required.
- Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks (or other powered equipment) is a must

- Flexible with work hours to meet customer needs
You'll need to be physically and mentally capable of doing the job, which includes:
- Lifting products of different weights: often lifting 30-50 lbs. from the floor to above shoulder level.
- Occasionally lifting kegs/barrels to thigh/waist level and maneuvering up to 160 lbs.
- Pushing, pulling, and moving products up to 180 lbs. using equipment like a wheeler.
- Standing or sitting on equipment for 2-4 hours at a time (with regular breaks).
- Frequently bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and getting on/off equipment.
- Working in cold and wet environments (35-40°F) and possibly being exposed to mold/mildew.
Mentally, you'll need to focus on details, read order lists accurately, and multitask, even under pressure. You should also be able to communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers and all levels of personnel.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
