POSITION SUMMARY
Christy Catalytics is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career eager to gain hands-on experience across various marketing functions. With business development activities in over 75 countries, this position offers a unique opportunity to work with international partners and contribute to our global growth strategy. The Marketing Coordinator will support trade show coordination, website maintenance, and literature management, and provide executive assistance while contributing to corporate branding and marketing partner support. The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities efficiently.
POSITION DETAILS
Trade Show Coordination:

Manage trade show registration, preparation, and follow-up.

As required, attend trade shows alongside senior management and account managers.
Website Management:
-
Maintain and update the company website.
-
Lead the website upgrade project scheduled for 2024.

Monitor website analytics.
-
Manage SEO strategy and initiatives.
Literature Management:
-
Oversee the master list of literature, including translations.
-
Coordinate all printing requirements (e.g., literature, business cards).
-
Ensure literature is up-to-date and available for distribution.
-
Coordinate the development of new literature as required.
SharePoint Management:
-
Oversee the CATCO SharePoint intranet site.
-
Manage and organize digital assets to ensure easy access for the team.
Executive Assistance:
-
Provide administrative support to the President, Christy Catalytics.
Meeting and Travel Support:
-
Manage calendars and coordinate preparation of relevant support information for personnel making customer visits.

Maintain all relevant documents associated with customer visits to Christy facilities.
-
Support Team meetings with customers as required.
Support for Overseas Distributors and Agents ["Marketing Partners"]:
-
Facilitate completion of initial documentation for new marketing partners [representative agreements, authorization letters, etc.]
-
Coordinate literature, sample requirements, and training with marketing partners.
-
Organize and participate in status meetings with marketing partners and maintain the master marketing partner spreadsheet.
Customer Contact Support:
-
Manage new customer registrations.
-
Leads program [website, industry venues, etc.]
-
Share responsibility for the Samples Program with technical staff.
-
Assist senior management and account managers with customer visits and compliance requirements.
Marketing Support
-
Support corporate branding initiatives.
-
Advertising campaigns and development of ads.
-
Social Media campaigns [LinkedIn, etc.]
-
Preparation of PowerPoint presentations as required.
Compliance Documents Management
-
Keep updated files for key compliance documents we require [REACH opinion letters, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), etc.]

Coordinate with other Christy staff on the preparation of new documents and updating of existing records.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Previous international experience and fluency in a second major language would be a benefit.

Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Previous familiarity with Salesforce would be a benefit.

Experience with MarTech platforms like Sprout Social, Pardot, or Sitecore is advantageous.

Experience with graphic design would be advantageous.

Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Have a good understanding of web-based technologies, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Geofencing, and analytic tools, like Google Analytics.

Website development, and content management (HubSpot) experience would be a benefit.
