?Helps Warewasher maintain area.
? Mops all floors (must move equipment in order to do proper job).
? Cleans corners of floor and walls.
? Cleans wall periodically.
? Cleans and maintains employee bathroom.
? Stocks all sinks, soap dispensers and restrooms with soaps and paper supplies.
? Cleans exterior of hood and hood filters.
? Checks with Executive Chef and Sous Chef for special cleaning projects.
? Helps out in any areas needed to ensure smooth operation of department.
Job Specifications:
Physical Demands: Requires walking and standing for entire shift and ability to perform
moderately heavy cleaning and janitorial duties. Requires ability to communicate orally with co-
workers.
Environmental Conditions: Inside: protection from weather conditions, but may experience
varying kitchen temperatures.
Essential Skills: Requires familiarity with applicable franchise standards and procedures.
Ability to perform physical labor (dishwashing and/or janitorial duties).
Educational/Vocational Preparation: Previous experience in positions requiring physical
labor, dishwashing, and janitorial duties.
Hazards: May include, but not be limited to, cuts from broken glass or kitchen equipment,
burns, slipping, tripping.
