What You’ll Do:
- Proposal Development: Support the development of sponsored project proposals, including budget preparation and internal approvals.
- Data Management: Enter and analyze data within various sponsor and university proposal-related systems.
- Stay Informed: Remain knowledgeable on sponsored project policies and university regulations.
- Exceptional Service: Provide timely and responsive customer service to faculty, staff, and students.

Qualifications:
- Education/Experience:
- Master’s degree and 1 year of experience (preferred), OR
- High School diploma/GED and 7 years of experience, OR
- Associate’s degree and 5 years of experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience, OR
- Doctorate degree and no experience.
- Relevant Experience: Grant proposal, grant management, grant administration, finance, accounting, budgeting, program coordination, and/or administrative experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
