Description
We are seeking a Program Supervisor to join our administrative team at Interlake Child Care and Learning Center. As a Program Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization by ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs that meet the needs of our students.
In this role, you will collaborate with our dedicated team to develop and implement curriculum, monitor program effectiveness, and provide ongoing support to teachers and staff. Your strong leadership skills and passion for education will help drive program improvements and ensure a positive learning environment for all students.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of our educational programs.
- Support teachers in the development and implementation of curriculum in alignment with educational standards.
- Monitor program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers and staff.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address program needs.
- Conduct regular evaluations of program performance.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, and staff.
- Point person and communicator for the classroom for staff and parents.
- Analyzes and, as needed, re-arranges the physical environment of the classroom.
- Implement recommendations of education specialists.
- Coaches directly as well as models effective teaching and teamwork skills.
- Varies leadership to the skill level of the staff.
- Knowledge of and stays apprised of changes in WACs and Early Achiever standards.
- Stays informed about the latest developments in ECE.
- Attends school events and meetings, as required.
- Maintains a calm and positive atmosphere in the classroom.
- Maintains and models professionalism towards children, staff and parents.
- Stays aware of staff training needs and offers suggestions for training.
- Keeps notes for staff evaluations and participates in the annual evaluation process.

- Partner with outside resources to support the program.

- Researching professional development opportunities with AD/AED.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in program management or a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of ECE standards and curriculum development.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
