Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Finance to join our dynamic team. The Executive Finance will play a critical role in overseeing our financial operations. Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.
· Collaborate with the CFO to develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
· Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
· Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
· Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and presentations for senior leadership and board of directors.
· Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
· Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
· Assist in the preparation for audits and ensure successful outcomes.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
· Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation required.
· Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial leadership role.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in financial software and tools.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
