Qualifications:
- Admission to the Texas State Bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, probate law
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws affecting estate planning.
- Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Must be comfortable with tracking and documenting time electronically.
- Communicate & engage with clients meeting in-person and virtually.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and building long-term client relationships.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting Salary: $150,000
- Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
- 401k with a graduated match up to 5%
- 15 days PTO
- $10k annual bonus if 1,500 billable hour requirement met
