We are seeking a registered nurse to provide health care services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
Essential Job Functions:
- Nursing case management of several group homes.
- Coordinating healthcare with multiple providers, attending some appointments as needed.
- Site visits to group homes.
- Visit each home on a routine basis.
- Warm, therapeutic communication style with staff, clients and family.
- Monitor medications for adverse reactions and reporting effects to family and/or physician.
- Oversee medical issues and alert supervisors of issues and/or changes in resident health.
- Teach training classes to direct support staff.
- Accept on call duty on a rotating basis.
- Be part of a dynamic and progressive team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must have Registered Nurse License.
- Possess sufficient judgment and decision-making skills.
- Must be self-sufficient and resourceful enough to carry out the functions of the position.
- Must be responsible and reliable in quality of work, attention to detail, task completion and follow up.
- A valid driver's license and auto insurance is required.
- A clear BCI is required, which we will obtain prior to date of hire.

Pay: $65,520.00 - $84,094.00 per year
