Job Description
As an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, email, and telephone customers. You will collaborate with our B2B clientele to assess needs while working with FASTSIGNS design and production associates to offer a wide range of graphics and signage solutions. You will prepare estimates and work orders and execute various marketing programs while providing exemplary customer service, building relationships, and using consultative selling when dealing with customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain an attractive retail environment - clean, organized, and functional.
- Serve as the first point of customer contact for walk-in, email/e-commerce, and telephone customers.
- Develop a deep knowledge of FASTSIGNS signage and graphics products and services.
- Make product and solution recommendations to walk-in and phone prospects and clients.
- Follows up on leads and prepare estimates.
- Follow established center procedures from order initiation through completion of projects. This includes generating estimates and preparing work orders, credit approvals, point-of-sale system data entry, pre-payment collection, graphics artwork approvals, production coordination, and pick-up/delivery/installation support, accounts receivable collections, and associated administrative reporting.
- Communicates with customers on order status and changes in the production schedules. Identifies, escalates, and resolves customer satisfaction issues.
- Contributes to a variety of marketing functions, including database mailings, thank you cards, cold calls, and referrals.
- Helps as needed with reports, close-outs, invoices and expense tracking, and associated administration.
- Consistently maintains a positive, attentive, and patient outlook in all verbal and written communications with customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum High School diploma or GED required. College coursework is highly desired.
- Prefer experience in retail or inside sales with customer service experience, including experience handling customer satisfaction issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including positive and pro-active communications skills are required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are needed.
- Basic math skills are required.
- General administrative skills, and strong organizational and time management skills are needed.
