This position is for a full-time role as a Customer Service Agent working in our Florence, KY Office. We manage multiple properties in the tri-state area. Your main role would be assisting Homeowners living in those properties by answering phone calls and emails along with general administrative duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist homeowners with their property-related questions and concerns
- Answer the phone and provide email correspondence
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and prepare outgoing mail
- Receive and input messages appropriately through a computer program
- Take payments and provide receipts
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
Job Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday : 8am to 5:30pm
- Friday : 8am to Noon
