As an Office Administrator, your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment. Your responsibilities may vary depending on the size and nature of the organization, but typically include the following:
- Office Management:
- Overseeing daily office operations and managing administrative staff.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment, and ensuring availability of necessary resources.
- Communication:
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Facilitating communication within the office and with external stakeholders.
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
- Record-Keeping and Data Management:
- Maintaining and updating databases, records, and filing systems.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Financial Administration:
- Assisting with budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Processing invoices, managing accounts payable/receivable, and payroll support.
- Human Resources Support:
- Assisting in recruitment processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Supporting employee onboarding and orientation.
- Facilities Management:
- Overseeing facilities and office maintenance, including repairs and cleaning.
- Coordinating with building management and external vendors.

- Monday 9am-2pm, 3pm-7pm
- Tuesday 9am-2pm, 3pm-7pm
- Wednesday 9am-2pm, 3pm-7pm
- Thursday 9am-2pm, 3pm-7pm
- Friday 9am-2pm, 3pm-7pm
- Saturday (2 times a month from 10am-5pm in the spring and fall, April, May, June/ August, September, October)
Qualities of an ideal candidate for the Office Executive Assistant/ Office Manager position include:
- HARD WORKER

- will be required to learn/memorize office scripts for education
- attention to detail - will be handling paperwork
- previous medical/chiropractic experience is not required.

- flexibility in hours (evenings and weekends)
