- Greets and screens visitors, answers and screens telephone calls

Open, sort, date stamp and prepare incoming mail for distribution
- Performs limited clerical work as may be requested, and routine tasks at the reception desk.

Responsible for keeping record of “in and out” times of visitors
- Responsible for scheduling of conference areas and resupply of clerical and refreshment supplies in the conference areas
- Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by Controller or HR.
Educational/Training Requirement:
- High School Diploma (minimum)

Junior College

Clerical training is recommended
Administrative, clerical or reception or other customer service experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, must have exceptional Excel skills

Excellent data entry skills
